Jeremiah Brown and Kenny Maple
These 2 young men, who happen to be cousins, donated their time and resources to spread God's word in different parts of the world in 2006. Jeremiah spent 3 months working in Nassau and Eleuthera, Bahamas, doing home construction, leading youth and Bible study. Kenny ventured to Warsaw, Poland to teach English at a university and to work with youth, leading Bible studies. He was on location for 5 months. Kenny's trip was sponsored by UMVIM.
Jeremiah works for BMW in Greenville and is the 2007 summer youth worker for Grace. Kenny is a reporter for the Index-Journal newspaper in Greenwood, as well as youth pastor for Panola United Methodist Church.
